Responsibilities for consolidation & reporting

• Responsible for preparation of consolidation financial statements
• Preparation of Exchange Reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with IFRS GAAP, internal policies and procedures
• Mange Intercompany reconciliation
• Generate quarterly financial packages for Executive Management and the Board
• Prepare consolidated balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances
• Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis
• Assist with various year-end tax packages
• Support quarter-end close as needed

Qualifications for consolidation & reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Strong consolidation and reporting experience 
• 5+ years of Group accounting experience with emphasis on OIC/IFRS
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule
• Strong organizing skills and professional service attitude 
• Good English language skills required 
• Good Powerpoint and Excel skills will be highly appreciated
