We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities for consolidation &amp; reporting<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for preparation of consolidation financial statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of Exchange Reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with IFRS GAAP, internal policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mange Intercompany reconciliation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate quarterly financial packages for Executive Management and the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare consolidated balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with various year-end tax packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support quarter-end close as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications for consolidation &amp; reporting<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong consolidation and reporting experience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of Group accounting experience with emphasis on OIC\/IFRS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizing skills and professional service attitude&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good English language skills required&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Powerpoint and Excel skills will be highly appreciated&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full-time contract<br>Compensation depending on experience<br>Workplace: Milan (Italy)<br>Starting date: ASAP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of consolidation &amp; reporting.
