Procedure for refueling a hydrogen vessel
- Booking
Book your hydrogen refueling directly on the NatPower H website. After submitting your request, you will be contacted by Customer Care, who will inform you of available time slots, locations, and the operator managing the activity.
2. Preparazione e Posizionamento
Place the boat near the refueling station in a way that allows easy access to the dispenser System check: Verify that there are no anomalies in the onboard system.
Ensure that the boat’s tank is ready for refueling and that there are no obstacles preventing the connection.
Remove protection caps or covers to allow connection to the boat receptacle.
3. Connection to the Refueling Station
The refueling operator will connect the dispenser to the boat’s refueling inlet, securing it with the appropriate locking system.
4. Start of Refueling
Once the nozzle is connected, the operator starts the refueling process by pressing the start button on the control unit.
The station communicates with the boat through continuous data exchange, automatically monitoring the hydrogen level in the boat’s tank and managing the refueling parameters to ensure a high level of operational safety.
5. Completion of Refueling
Once the boat’s tank is full, the refueling process stops automatically.
After a final check by the operator, the boat is ready to sail again.
For service provision, NatPower H employs operators, including local ones, with the necessary skills and authorizations, required by law, and subject to approval by the competent authorities.
