Milan, July 8, 2025 – NatPower H, the leading developer of innovative infrastructure for green hydrogen and the leisure boating sector, returned to the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, strengthening its technical partnership with the Yacht Club de Monaco and reaffirming its role as a pioneer in the energy transition within the leisure boating industry. As the Official Hydrogen Supplier, NatPower H ensured the supply of green hydrogen to three competing vessels: Dhamma Blue, Inocel–Poséidon, and the Hydro Motion monohull from team TU Delft.
Over the two-day period of July 4 and 5, six hydrogen refuelings were carried out at the Port of Monaco, with an average refueling time of just 30 minutes per boat and a total of 50 kg of hydrogen supplied. This achievement underscores the efficiency and speed of the solutions developed by NatPower H, in collaboration with Linde Gas Italia, in supporting a zero-emission future for our seas.
Among the supported vessels, the Inocel–Poséidon stood out, equipped with a fuel cell propulsion system developed by GEKO by INOCEL Advanced Technology, offering performance and range comparable to a traditional combustion engine, but with zero emissions, no vibrations. Alongside it, Spanish startup Dhamma Blue presented a hydrogen prototype designed to democratize access to efficient and sustainable boating, leveraging innovative, environmentally friendly technologies. Completing the line-up was Hydro Motion, the hydrogen-powered catamaran from team TU Delft, equipped with hydrofoils that combine sustainability, speed, and stability, providing concrete proof of hydrogen’s potential in next-generation navigation.
